Each dollar touches lives of local children by purchasing the latest in medical equipment, educational materials and other necessary items to treat some of our most special patients.

No one cares more for children than Hendrick Medical Center and no one cares for more children than Hendrick Medical Center. The children served come from diverse backgrounds, including various economic and ethnic backgrounds and are treated without regard for ability to pay.

Each child is a different, precious masterpiece in the making. The care of a child's health is perhaps the highest calling to which Hendrick staff can strive. That is why we devote special resources to the unique needs of children... from tiny blood pressure cuffs to the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Children not only require a wider range of equipment and supplies; they also require professional skills, extra caution and more time from their health caregivers.
