Nurse Recruitment at Hendrick
Hendrick’s nurse residency program, Nurselink, provides a customized orientation period that fits your unique talents, strengths and experience. Unlike the traditional one-size-fits-all orientation, Nurselink creates learning opportunities for each new licensed nurse based on their individual needs and goals. Educators, clinical coaches, nurse managers, unit educators, charge nurses and RN facilitators create a dynamic team ensuring that each nurse is successful in the transition process into clinical practice. Prior to interview, a computer-based assessment called Prophecy is utilized to select the best candidates and after hire to create a customized orientation.
