The Prepared Childbirth Class Series is comprised of three classes aimed to teach you and your coach information about labor and delivery, pain and stress management skills, choices of pain medications, anesthesia and variations of labor, hospital routines and Cesarean births. A tour of the Labor and Delivery unit, Nursery, and postpartum unit is included. Attendance is encouraged in the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy.

The class will meet from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on February 5, 12, and 19, 2013.
