KTXS-TV completed the two-day Children’s Miracle Network Celebration broadcast today with a total of $ 653,765.02 in pledges. The broadcast celebrated the 22nd anniversary of Children’s Miracle Network at Hendrick Children’s Hospital.
The Children’s Miracle Network Celebration highlighted our Miracle Kids who, thanks to generous donations to Children’s Miracle Network, were treated with high quality technology close to home. Local and national sponsors touch the lives of children each year through fundraising and volunteering. Thanks to generous donations by people in the community just like you, more than 29,000 children were treated last year at Hendrick Children’s Hospital, Hendrick Center for Rehabilitation and other services throughout Hendrick Medical Center.
This is the 12th year the Celebration broadcast has been hosted by KTXS-TV. The broadcast originated live from the KTXS-TV studio. KTXS hosts included Wayne McCormick, George Levesque, Laura Madison, Chrissie Mouton, Mark Rowlett, Mari Cockerell and Bryan Keating.
From Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, national Children's Miracle Network personalities Marie Osmond and John Schneider will share stories of children who benefit from Children’s Miracle Network nationwide.
