Diabetes Review Class

These are follow-up sessions which build on the basic information provided during comprehensive diabetes education. Education topics vary throughout the year.

The class includes:

• a review assessment by the dietician and nurse educator
• a two hour group education
• an opportunity to ask questions and receive review information
