Affiliate Agreements
Hendrick Medical Center has affiliate agreements with more than 100 educational programs. Affiliate Agreement contracts for clinical rotations require a specified preceptor or instructor, student names, student schedule with date, time and location, course objectives, and a criminal history check on anyone observing or working in a student role at Hendrick. At the request of the educational institution, Hendrick Medical Center will perform a criminal background check on each student participating in the clinical affiliation for a negotiated fee. All students or observers must be registered with the Department of Education and Professional Development prior to their presence in Hendrick Medical Center, even if only for a one-time visit.
