FirstChoice members can take advantage of an array of health screenings and wellness
related activities.

Free Health Screenings include:

• Free Coronary Risk Profile (LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides) sponsored by Hendrick HeartSaver Network
One time a year members are entitled to a free coronary risk profile.Members may present their membership card to the Anderson Outpatient admissions desk anytime from 8 AM – 5 PM on Monday – Friday. No appointment is necessary. Please be sure to fast 12-14 hours before your coronary risk profile screening. Test results are sent directly to the member’s home address within 10 business days. Blood samples for both the Coronary Risk Profile and the PSA test can be drawn by lab technicians at the same time.

• Free Prostate Cancer Screening sponsored by Hendrick Cancer Center
Members are entitled to this free blood test once a year. Members may present their membership card to the Anderson

• Free Health Indicator Checks sponsored by Hendrick Health Club
FirstChoice offers a free cholesterol check, blood pressure check, blood glucose level, weight and body fat analysis and hearing screening at health events two times a year.
