If you choose to deliver your baby at Hendrick, regardless of insurance or payment method, you are eligible to become a member of FirstFamilies.

As a member of FirstFamilies, you will receive a free infant car seat for baby's safety and comfort! It's just part of our way of saying thank you for choosing Hendrick.

When you sign-up for FirstFamilies, you also will receive:

• Hospital to Home, an informative video to help you transition into motherhood

Becoming part of FirstFamilies is as simple as 1-2-3!

1. Your physician may give you a FirstFamilies packet on your first office visit. Complete the registration forms in the packet provided by your physician and mail them in the return envelope, or
   
2. Complete the on-line form and bring it to FirstFamilies office in the Admissions department at Hendrick Medical Center. You will receive your exciting array of FirstFamilies gifts and benefits upon delivery.
   
3. Thirty days before your delivery date, you'll receive a letter from Hendrick reminding you it is time to complete your pre-admission process. So when the big day arrives, you and your loved ones go straight to the BirthPlace-no stop at Admissions needed!
