Dr. Collins earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health and Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Christus Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi, where she served as Chief Resident. Prior to beginning her practice in Brownwood, Dr. Collins worked as a hospitalist at Corpus Christi Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Praveen Sampath, MD
Gastroenterology

Praveen Sampath, MD
Dr. Sampath received his medical degree from Sri Venkateswara Medical College in India. He served as chief resident in internal medicine and completed a gastroenterology fellowship at The State University of New York (SUNY), located in Buffalo, New York. Following his fellowship, Dr. Sampath served as a clinical assistant professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, where he received additional training in advanced endoscopy. He has worked as a consultant gastroenterologist in Fort Myers, Florida, and central Texas. He is board certified in gastroenterology. Dr. Sampath will provide comprehensive treatment for gastrointestinal disorders, preventative care and digestive health education.

Michael Cloy, PA-C

Michael Cloy
Michael is a graduate of Brooke Army Medical Center Academy of Health Sciences, where he was certified as a Respiratory Care Specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. His training and experience also include service as a hospital corpsman and respiratory care practitioner in the U. S. Navy, as well as extensive clinic work in internal medicine, diabetes care and cardiology. He is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Michael has been at home in Brownwood for 19 years and serves on the Brownwood ISD Board of Trustees and on the City of Brownwood Parks and Recreation Board.

Tammy McCullough, FNP-C

Tammy McCullough
Tammy holds a bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s degree, in nursing. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Nurses and Family Nurse Practitioners and is an Advanced Practice Nurse certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her experience includes more than ten years in the field of internal medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner. A native of Brownwood, she and her husband are enjoying raising their two children in their home town.
