Pre-Registration
YouLink at Hendrick is your online connection to Hendrick. YouLink allows you to provide your demographic
and insurance information before your scheduled visit. When you come for
your visit your account will already be created and insurance verified,
which will enable us to streamline your admission process. You will simply
be asked to sign authorization forms and pay any applicable co-payments,
co-insurance, deductibles or deposits.

Information Regarding Estimates
- A request for an estimate of charges will be replied to within 10 business days upon receipt of request
- A request for an estimate of charges may result in a delay in the scheduling and provision of your inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure or other service.
- The actual charges for an inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure, or other service may vary based on your medical condition and other factors associated with performance of the procedure or service
- The actual charges for an inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure, or other service may differ from the amount to be paid by a third-party payor.
- You or your guarantor may be personally liable for payment for the inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure, or other service depending on the terms of your health benefit plan coverage
- You should contact your health benefit plan for accurate information regarding the plan structure, benefit coverage, deductibles, co-payments, coinsurance, and other plan provisions, which may impact your liability for your inpatient admission, outpatient surgical procedure, or other service
- You may request an itemized statement of billed services up to one (1) year after your discharge.

Patients scheduled for surgery will arrive at the Admissions area. Our Admission and Nursing staff will meet with you prior to your surgery to complete the admission process, testing and teaching to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of your surgery.
