Patient Relations - Your Patient Representative

Hendrick Medical Center has a patient representative who will assist you and your family with questions, compliments, concerns or special needs.

Suggestions for improved care and service are always welcome.

Call 670.2915 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, to contact the patient representative. On evenings and weekends, your charge nurse or the house supervisor is available for consultation and assistance. Simply press your nurse call button for assistance.

Personal Choices

Hendrick provides the booklet, Personal Choices, to help you and your family understand issues surrounding living wills, medical power of attorney and organ donation.
