Program Goals

Below are seven program goals. An assessment plan is used to assure that we meet or exceed these goals.

1. The program will meet or exceed requirements to maintain Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology accreditation.
2. Graduates of the program will be able to obtain American Registry of Technologists
   (ARRT) Registration.
3. Graduates will demonstrate competence in both didactic and clinical performance in
   diagnostic imaging procedures.
4. Graduates will communicate effectively and function as a team member in the medical
   environment.
5. The majority of students who begin the program will obtain successful completion.
6. The majority of graduates will find work in the field of radiography.
7. The program will maintain an ongoing system of evaluation to assure attainment of
   JRCERT objectives and program goals.
