Vera West Women's Center is the gateway to the Hendrick Women's Health Network. It has been specially designed to offer healthcare in a comfortable, convenient environment with professionals who are knowledgeable about women and their unique health issues.

The center is dedicated to meeting the needs of all women - from full service obstetrics care to a comprehensive osteoporosis program.

The women's center was named for Merkel native, Vera West, in honor of her significant contribution to the community and to the medical profession. It provides the foundation of the Hendrick Women's Health Network, and introduces people to the Hendrick continuum of care.
